wow. today was day 5 straight of working out. I'm beat, proud and exhausted.
i've been working out since Sunday and I'm not stopping until....well, I don't know. My body collapses? LOL Someone said to me today: "it seems like your body is permanently sore"...yeah, basically.
I've been working my ass off. Kinda disappointed because I did drink tonight... I had 3 vodka sodas (whoops) but I had a long week and well, I'm not fucking perfect.
I have hot vinyasa yoga tomorrow and happily a day off to myself to run errands & just do what I need to do.
Get it right, get it tight! Gonna keep going! xo

Obesity & traveling..
Embarrassing to admit but thats the point of this blog.
Traveling while fat is not fun. You dread the seats and the seat belts. I'll never forget my 1st flight as an "obese" adult 3 years ago. I got on the flight and was too fat to buckle the seat belt. I thought it was just a mistake. In my head I rationalized it as the plane was older & the seatbelts were just small. Too embarrassed to say anything, I just left the seatbelt off. The seats were a little snug and it made the flight uncomfortable. You may be a person who has experienced this or do now. It sucks. Simply put.
I'll never forget one of my first flights after my initial big weight loss chunk. I could buckle the seatbelt normal and have some room left to tighten it. Its a sense of accomplishment and "normalcy" to a degree.
Anyways, I write this as I'm in the air now. Heading to visit our Indiana office. Little things like this just remind me of my past life and never wanting to go back. Sitting comfortably in my seat now, drinking water and doing work. Just little things like that make me motivated to keep pushing.
You may think its too hard and its not worth it. Please, those medical bills aren't going to pay themselves. Get yourself and your mind right. Nothing in life is easy so light the fire under your ass because at the end of the day, you are the only one that an make a change :)

Yesterday Patrick and I went to Social Saturday at The 12. They had a live dj spinning with AWESOME music and the circuits were HARD. Had a great time killing it. Super sore today so I went to hot yoga to stretch out.

Crunches on balance ball

Burpee dumbell curl (do a burpee with dumbells in your hand and when you stand up, do a bicep curl)
TRX pull
Resistance band tricep pull
Round 3- (repeat each 3 times, 40 seconds each!)
Medicine ball while stepping on plyo box
Jumping alternating lunges

Lunch for tomorrow
I'm pretty tired after my cardio sculpt pilates class today. It was one of my worse performances but I still went. So I gave it 100% even if I couldn't kill it like I usually do.
Besides that, lunch for tomorrow. Pasta-less pasta with ground chicken. Yes bitch, you heard me right.
First, brown up some ground chicken or turkey. I like vegetarian, air conditioned 98% lean white chicken from Mothers.
Next, grab your "noodles". These things are YAM NOODLES. They are called the miracle noodle because there is NOTHING in them. Literally nothing.
You can get them at grocery stores, Asian grocery stores or health food markets. They're the shit.
Next is the best fucking pasta sauce eer. It's $8 a jar. Yes, it's liquid crack. No, it's not crack but it tastes so good you'll be addicted!!
Put it all in a pot once the meats brown and shake some spices in if you want and tahhhhh-dahhhhhhh. Done!
Xo
